Mantha (the nickname by which her family calls her)  lives and works in the Toronto area.  She is also a journalist/writer trapped in a banker’s body.

Mantha holds a post-graduate Journalism diploma (with honours distinction) from Humber College as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto, Trinity College.

Somewhere along the line her dreams of becoming a reporter of foreign affairs were side-tracked by the twists and turns of life that led to her current career in banking.   Now as she enters a new decade of life, Mantha has decided to share these experiences with whoever wants to read them.  She is also using this blog as an opportunity to become reacquainted with her first love: the written word.

Like most writers Mantha dreams of one day having a regularly published column  in a major newspaper or magazine.   But, until then, she is happy to count her blog readers as her most prized audience!
